• Where is the store based?

  Gunnison, CO

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely. I ship through the United States Postal Service because it is most convenient where I live. If you are worried about the shipping process, send me a note along with your order and I can send it via FedEx or UPS if you are more comfortable with that (though it will change the shipping charge).

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I will be shipping on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship on Monday, and orders placed Monday through Wednesday will ship Thursday. Standard post office times within the US are usually 2-10 days.
  If a piece or product will take extra time for any reason, or you request alteration (if you want a different hanging hardware for example), I will give an estimate of the extra time it will take.

• How do you price your work?/Why is your work so expensive?

  I try to have a variety of work at a variety of prices to make my work accessible.
  When I am pricing my work I consider the materials and the time put into it.
  For example, I can sell pins for less than $5 because the materials are inexpensive and I can make many of them in a short period of time.
  My prints are either part of an edition or are monoprints, which mean that I can not mass produce them and each piece is more valuable.
  Also the materials used in printmaking cost significantly more than the materials used for buttons, zines or other items I have priced lower.
  As an artist I value my time, and I value the work and passion I put into my pieces.
  I also have spent many years working and improving and learning.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
